5:2 lover
So week one of 5:2ing (well 8 days) I lost 9lbs. This second week I have weighed in after 5 days as my book says you should always weigh after a down day & I did yesterday rather than Monday I will normally do as out at coast tomorrow... So highest day has been 1800 cals & 2 500 cal fast days & I've gained 0.6lb. Anyone got any advice? I've been so grumpy on my fast days I wonder if it's actually worth it or whether to go back to good old fashioned cc as that is how I lost 7 stone
