Ahhhhh ladies im now on week three but last week i only lost 1lb onW8 Im pretty gutted as i stuck to it one hundred percent, what happened? ahhhh, the first week was 8lbs which was amazing so 9lbs in total which is great for only 2 weeks but what the hell happened, anyone any ideas?

It's early days so you won't know your pattern of weight loss. Everyone's different - some lose a consistent amount every week and other lose more some weeks than others. If you stick with it 100% you will definitely lose weight so don't be discouraged.
