Week 2 Weigh In.. Need a diet buddie!!

Hello, I have been on the TFR for 2 weeks now. My start weight was 15.8, im 20 and 5.6ft.

I lost a massive 13lb in my first week so was mega chuffed however i have fluctuated a lot this last week and i have only lost 3lbs this week!!

I am losing weight for my holiday in July and im completely motivated :D However could anyone tell me what i can be doing to make my weight loses higher :)

just keep doing what your doing, maybe some gentle exercise, nothing to hard, walk around the block swimming whatever yo do take it easy xx
 
Hi Jade, your body will lose as much as it can safely each week on LT, you just have to trust that if you stick to it 100% your body will do the best it can for you x x x
 
ps make sure you're drinking enough water, it does make a difference :)
