    I lost 5 pounds.
    That's 16 pounds off in 2 weeks!!!! WOOHOO!!!

    Im doing great :) have dropped 4 pounds since my stall last week so a very happy bunny!

    Mrs Essex, phew, it was a tough plateau that you experienced, think I would have dived into the biscuit tine for comfort, thank goodness the weights coming off again very nicely.

    Thanks blingbabe it was VERY tough mentally and had to use all my willpower i possess NOT to think 'ahhh balls to it' ... glad i didnt and things are moving xx
