Week 2 weigh in...

Hi guys Ive just weighed myself for the second week with a weight loss of 3.2lbs(the .2 is very important hehe!!)
I am on the Slim fast diet and if I am brutally honest I have found it incredibly easy and I have not felt that I have been on a diet! What does this mean?Does anyone else experience this on their diet?

I'm not even on a diet really I'm trying to just eat more healthily but I've really felt it. You are lucky to not be feeling it but be careful when you go back to eating real food

Well done on your 2nd weight loss - im also on the slimfast, onto week 2,had my 1st weigh in today and lost 4.5 lb, ive put myself down for the November Challenge.
