Amanda, it's totally worth sticking it out. I can't believe I waited so long to try losing weight this way. All those failed diets that I've done, how I've half killed myself with exercise to lose a measly 1lb per week only to put it on again the next week. I'll not deny its very tough.. but OMG is it worth it!
