    5lbs is great! I'd be thrilled on week 2 if I lose that much at my weigh in x

    Thanks girls but I am really struggling to be 100%, I can't stop having the odd pick or nibble, or I would have lost more than I have by now. I need be 100%, to beat my food demons, and need to be ultra busy all the time.

    Im actually ok if i'm at home, its going out into town, or any social event that makes me cave, but I cant hibenate for the next 3 months, need to be stronger and not let those voices win!!

    same here since yest im having the odd nibble to e.g boiled egg or nibble of chicken, it makes me feel like i have ate something then but im letting myself down. we got to stick at it,. you have done so well though. im the other way around to you when im out and about food doesn't bother me its when im in the house, i just want to eat the whole contents of the fridge lol. but you got to look on the bright side you have lost 11lbs in 2wks that is brilliant achievement. good luck and dont give up you can do it. :) x
