Week 2 Weigh in

Pleased with this week's weigh in which sees me down another 4lb, so 18lb lost in two weeks :bliss: Obviously I would like to wake up and it all be gone just like that but this is as quick as it will ever be I guess.

Does anyone else struggle to have 3 shakes? And any ideas on how to disguise the taste of the fruit, nut and toffee bar please?

Well done, that's a cracking loss, you must be proud of yourself.

No tips for disguising the taste of the bar, just shovel it in!!

That's a fantastic loss in 2 weeks.

Thanks all :) Had a second bar and it wasn't as bad as the first. Hopefully by bar 24 I will have learnt to love them!

Wow what a brilliant weight loss in 2 weeks ... the bars disgusting like cardboard, dry and vile taste unfortunately ... just drink plenty of water x

Well done, I have first weighin on Saturday, really looking forward to it, I do struggle with having 3 packs, have found the vanilla and chocolate are nice made with hot water, haven't tried the bars yet though :)
