    Week 2 weigh in and I lost:

    6 Pounds!!

    Thats a stone in 2 weeks! What other diet does that?

    Thanks for the support everyone, on to week 3... Oh and I've now got bars which I'm very excited about, whats everyones fave bar flavour?

    Well done on your loss - it's such a good feelin isn't it and will spur you on to the next week. I agree there's no other diet than can give you the same results.

    p.s my fave bar is toffee.
