Week 2 wi

    Hiya everyone

    I had my week 2 WI yesterday and put on 1lb!!!! I am so annoyed because yes i had one slip up but i stuck to it for the rest of the week and i had such a terrible week! Never mind :(

    awwww hun, you know it will come back off next week

    my weigh in was yesterday and i had gained 2lb. i stuck to cd but skipped packs while sick and didnt drink enough water, and with this heat am retaining water like crazy, a few folks i know are, so dont be getting down hun, you know its water gain and not fat hun

    thats a shame hun.
    i havent felt too great this week so have only been managing packs aday and according to my scales i haven't lost anything either :( xx

    Ohh Tasha ... I was back in UK and I was in Hexham twice!!!
    I was having a total break from dieting and didn't think about minimins and getting in touch to say hi - ... I was so close!
    I started again on Wednesday so this is the end of day 2 for me. this time I am going to be SOOO good!

    I think this weather has a lot to do with it Tasha. Is hot and we are retaining more fluid.
