week 2 WI

Hi all,
well I've made it to the week 2 weigh in. Been mainly good, have 1/2 a tin of tuna on gym days as I balk at the idea of a net 200-300 calories

4.5lb this week which I'm pretty pleased with so worth a :) I think!

Nearly at my first stone............
