Week 2 WI

    Hi All
    Just been for week 2 weigh in and 4.4lbs - pretty happy with that although thought would be more as clothes feel slacker already
    HAve stuck to it 100% and done 5 spin classes this week
    So that 15 lbs in 2 weeks which is great
    My BMI has come down from 37.4 start to week 1-36.0 to week 2 - 35.3 so really pleased with that
    This programme really works
    So thats 1 stone off just 4 more to go
    2 Goals acheived also which im chuffed about

    Well done DeckingJim! (I already said well done to daisydoll on another thread)
    I got back from my 2nd weeks weigh in and I lost 6 so thats the stone already!! I am seriously pleased too!!

    Thanks for your kind words
    Its only early days but I feel that this is the plan for me and when you see both the ladies and the lads success stories and pictures it really inspires you
    Its especially nice to see that BMI coming down
