Aww maybe you're just having an off day? We all get them sometimes so I really wouldn't worry about it too much. Perhaps you can plan all your meals for tomorrow tonight so it will be easy for you to stick to and hopefully you can get your motivation back xx

I think one of the phrases that they use at Slimming World is that a bad day shouldn't make a bad week.....

I have more off days than on days at the moment but am convinced my mojo will return!
