Week 20: New Life Begins now

Well, that's me done on TFR now after 5 months. The time has flown, had ups and downs but overall would say I've enjoyed it. It's the easiest diet I've ever done - trick now is to not return to old habits.

Couldn't get weighed yesterday as I had to go into work and didn't get out until the chemist has shut. But weighed this morning and came in at 109.6kilo (17st 3.6lb) which gives me a loss for my final week of 2kilo (4.4 lbs)

Time to refeed in preparation for my holiday and the rest of my life.

Thanks for everyone's support over the past 5 months, best of luck with your journeys. I'll still be kicking about here and keeping track of my weight in the maintenance forum.
