well done helen, such good losses, mine seems to have slowed well down lately. but i am hoping for more this week, as i don;t want to get disheartened. what is yr secret? do u have 1 of each a day or u doing just the shakes?

Well, done Helen, excellent stuff. It does make it easier when you are busy, I often find I forget to have my shake for lunch and have it late.

But no, not a miracle, but rather the result of lots of hard work. Which you should feel very proud of, well done :)
