    Doing happy dances here this week. I had my weigh in this morning and I've lost 6lb.

    Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

    That makes 22lb in 3 weeks :D:D:D

    I'm so excited. I can't believe my weight loss. More than a stone and a half and only a pound till i reach my next goal.

    Thanks everyone. It's a great feeling and I'm all bouncy for the week ahead. Work said i was too cheerful for a Monday morning
