Week 3 weigh in

Not sure I quite believe this but week three is showing a massive 7lb loss - WOW.

Actually a bit concerned, but thinking maybe after a slow start something is happening now. Hope not too much muscle loss in there.

This week went to gym three times (30 mins hard cardio/ session) and ate exante total + 3 eggs, 0.5 tins tuna, 100g nuts

Wow - nearly move from 16 1/2 stone to 15 stone in three weeks
