    Another 2lbs lost - little disappointed but its on the way down :)

    My week 3 was only a lb too hun, body is playing catch up i guess!
    you should get a bigger loss next week though, so just keep going hun, you're doing so well!

    Well Done! i stayed the same on my week 3 but feel in my clothes a bit smaller so maybe you have lost inches instead. Fingers crossed for a big loss next week!!!

    Please don't worry about it. I only lost 1lb on Monday's wi but as of this morning i'm already looking at a 4lb loss for this week. It will even itself out. :)

    thanks everyone i lost 1 inch but its ok I'm not demotivated I'm in this long haul xx
