Week 2 (missed weigh-in)
Week 3 - 6lb :D

I have increased my activity level. I exercise for 15 mins every morning and do the Wii fit at night (just before bed time). My dog also has 2 hour walks on Saturdays and Sundays now.

I took my measurements on Day 1, but I keep forgetting to re-take them on weigh-in day. I must remember to take them on Saturday.
