WELL DONE YOU .I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO BUT I ALSO HAVE A FEAR THAT I WILL JUST GO BACK TO MY OLD WAYS SO I HAVE STARTED A BOOK OF LOW CAL OR LOW CARB MEALS:innocent0001: THAT ARE FULL OF TASTES TO HELP ME WHEN I GET TO GOAL .THIS HAS HELPED ME FEEL A BIT MORE CONFIDENT .BUT THE FACT I STILL CRAVE CHICKEN PAMASAN :eatdrink023:IS MAYBE A BAD SIGN GOOD LUCK XXX

Brilliant! I started at 10st 2lbs and lost 6lbs in my first week. I hope I lose like you have for the next two weeks.
