Week 3 WI

    Well I was expecting a pants weigh in this week with it being week 3 but to my suprise I have lost 7.6 lb which gives me a total weight loss in 3 weeks of 20 lbs. I'm over the moon!!! :D

    Well done caroline... i will be having my week 3 weigh in later on.. but am sure i havent done aswell as you... :( have you been doing totally ss and not ss+?... Im having a difficult time with totm at the min.. it just doesnt want to go away... so hopefully next week i will catch up...
