Hello and well done on your weight loss so far - you are doing fab! I felt exactly the same as you on week 3 and 4, but every pound all adds up and you have already lost what is guaranteed in 4 weeks. Its important to think of your overall weight loss. I stepped up the exercise this week and walked a lot and had a great weight loss - so that really helps. Keep going as you are doing brilliantly.x

3lbs is a good loss. On any other diet I wouldn't lose 3lbs in week 3 or 4. Keep up the good work and the rest will follow!
