    Well ive just had my 3rd weigh in and ive lost 2 pound which means 10 pound in 3 weeks would love to try and get 4 off next week any ideas

    go to the gym 5 times and try and eat your five a day and no weeklys ! goodluck :)

    Doing 30 mins on my bike every day and 50 sit ups a night hopefully ill have more than 2 pound off on monday usually i dont do any exercise so we will see....il repost monday hopefully it will pay off

    I lost 4 3/4 this week - I only used my dailies and I had more veg and made sure I drank at least 1 ltr of water. Because of my current ankle problem I did no exercise. I had a pudding each nite too !
