I had a great first three weeks on CD SS+ with very little hunger and no temptation or food thoughts it was pure bliss. Last night some old habit food thoughts came back and I chose to eat some ham......and then some cookies (not proud of myself).I think I let myself get too tired and was sat in front of the TV which is such a trigger to eat! The thing that struck me was how awful everything tasted. Either super salty or super sickly sweet I didn't even enjoy the food. So I am fessing up and avoiding the temptation of only posting when I am 100% on plan. I am thinking of everyone who has posted about when things aren't going as they want and they are struggling and I am thinking that these people get back on track and continue the CD journey, blips, wobbles and all. Thanks for everyone who shares the ups and the downs. Any advice welcome.
