week 4, fatigue/cold/head rushs

Hi all,

As the title says, i'm on week 4 and have serious hunger pangs that only jumped me yesterday, it's like week one again. I feel as if i've been hit by a truck.
I'm so tired and starving, I had to leave work early and will have to go to bed now to be able to get by tomorrow.:cry:

If I bend down and get up I have such a head rush I get blurred vision and it feels like my head will explode, just for a few seconds. I feel shaky and weak, and I'm cold all the time.

People are commenting on my pale face also, how can it be going so wrong so suddenly, I'm doing nothing different. Black or peppermint tea, loads of water and 3 shakes, or 2 and a flapjack.

I don't want to give in as I know I couldn't just go and eat a meal now anyway as after this length I couldn't keep it down.

After my last stint on tfr I was so sick when refeeding I ironically couldn't eat!

Any ideas why this is happening now.

Are you sure you just haven't got a bug? There are a lot floating around at the moment.

Don't give in!!! Its your body fighting back and saying "NOOOOO I want to hang on to all this yummy comforting fat!!" Just drink lots of of fizzy water really cold and then do some online window shopping :)

I would have given in long ago without it. This site and it's members are a god send.
I feel better after a couple of hours rest.

I think it's because in work I can't drink and have my shakes as I need them and I had a very heavy day on wednesday that I think I'm paying for today.

I've decided to split my flapjacks between breaks in work to keep my going next week.
My husband is so supportive , he just delivered me a peppermint tea and flapjack 30 mins ago and joked that he was just checking to see if i was alive.

hey,

I feel much better today. I've used all the tips from here, started using fizzy water which was refreshing and a change. I used less water and crushed ice in a strawberry shake which was also lovely. Thanks for all the help.

Yeah I would agree that this site keep you going, 1st time Ive done this, dont like to read about the struggles especially in week 4, but I suppose its better to be prepared for things to come, im on ly in week 1 and Im waiting for my high, hope it comes soon xx

Is it normal to not actually feel hungry yet , im on Day 4 the morn ??? Im a bit scared of the hunger :(((
im on day four also and haven't really felt hungry either but did have a real bad head yesterday and had to have an early night.
