    Hi guys, had my week 4 weigh in this morning and lost another 4.5lbs!!!! Really chuffed as had a day off plan on Saturday that included wine as well as food :D

    Thanks for all your kind words. It does feel great. I started at 14.3 and just over 4 weeks later I am just over 12.7 :) I cannot wait to get into the 11's :D:D:D

    Wow you lost a stone in two weeks!!! thats amazing, well done!!! I have my first weigh in tomorrow and i have a party tonight with a buffet!! arrrgggg, desperate for a good result tomorrow though so hopefully i'll resist!! xxxx
