    Well i have actually made it to week 4 and boy do i feel great!!The amount of times i have restarted just isn`t funny:8855:but my loss for the week is a fantastic 9LBS :happy096:.

    So to all the people struggling to restart try,try,try to stick with it as it reallly can be done...im proof of that!!

    The scales will probably slow down for me now,but i cant complain really.

    Any tips?? Are you both just SS'ing?? Any exercise??
