Another 3lbs gone this week. Very pleased with that. I'm hoping to get 3lbs each week now. Anymore than that and I will be very pleased.

Planning to do about another 9-10 weeks on exante. Hopefully lose another 2 stones. That would be great. I will feel so much better after losing that much.

Hope everyone's having a good week. Here's to next week's loss!!

I'm just starting Exante next week. I have a wedding in August and now feel the pressure to shape up.
I'm currently 12st8lbs - is it realistic for me to get to 9st8lbs or thereabouts by August - loosing 1st per month?

Any tips as to what works best, what programme to follow, what shakes/soups/bars to def buy or def avoid?

PS.....your message is inspiring for a newbie!

    Hi and welcome.

I think you could hit your target for the wedding. They do say you lose about stone a month, so why not.

I buy the bumper pack, cos it works out so cheap (£25 per week). I'm not keen on the vanilla shakes in the pack but I can't do anything about that. You can't pick and choose when ordering that special offer. I have the vanilla shakes at the beginning of the month to get them out of the way. (You might love them though)

Good luck with starting and stick to it and keep your goal in mind, you can do it!

    Thank you Mini B

I am just about to place my order - thanks for the tip on the bumper offer.

Do the boxes arrive with massive "EXANTE" written all over them? I'm having it sent to work otherwise I might not be home to collect it....don't really want the whole of my work post room talking about it!!
