Week 4 Weigh In

    Hi all, thought I let you know I lost 3lbs again this week. Kind of in two minds.... glad the weight is coming off but wish it was a bit quicker. I really need to lose more per week if I am going to hit my goal by 100 days.

    well done !!! 3lbs per week is great ......and will give you the stone per month on LL / CD / LT......stick with it - you're doin great :)

    Well done on your lose PB, 3lbs a week is good I hit 5.5lb two weeks ago so maybe next week you'll have a better lose
