    lost 6lb this week, happy wanted to keep the 8lb trend though, oh well will aim for that again next week

    lol thanx will try and do better this week, I don't know how though but I will harji busted my knee open at indoor footy, can't even walk, so its just going to have to be dumbells working the arms and chest next couple of weeks! thanx harji :p
