    Thanks all.. seem to have been back in the zone this week :D Even sat opposite my nephew today while he ate chips and garlic sauce without even having a nibble!

    well done :) I've had a loss i think but I get weighed next thursday and then i get weigh 4 weeks later and then 6 weeks later.... :) My friend said on the bus that she didn't know if she should say anything but she felt that my face was alot slimmer, i said I've lost over a stone in a month and that I feel thinner :)
