Hi everyone, I weighed in on Wednesday and has a further 2lbs off, that's 16lbs in four weeks whoop!.....but I have decided to go onto the maintenance plan and still lose, but more slowly, as I am starting to cheat on 100% tfr.....may have another go in the new year, to jump start weightloss again, but have really enjoyed everyones help over the last four weeks.
