Hi all xxx

I didn't weigh myself on week 5 as it was my husbands 40th that week and I did have a small meal.............therefore I waited 2 weeks before getting weighed just case I didn't well that week and I'm pleased to say that I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks! WOOOOHOOOOO! xxxx

I love this diet.........It has restored my confidence in myself, after my 'off' day the other day! xxx
