WEEK 5 and made it to AAM

Had my 4th weigh in last night and im down 5lb :D
so its AAM week and ive been shopping this morning and bought

LETTUCE
CUCUMBER
CELERY
SKINLESS CHICKEN GOUGONS
TUNA IN SPRING WATER
QUORN SAUSAGES
HERBS AND SPICES
BALSAMIC VINEGAR



So going to do a bitof jamie oliver later and see what i can come up with :)


Any body point me in the right direction of their fave meals

Is Tuna classed as a 'white' fish? Thought it was classed as an oily fish?

I think you right Ttey, i belive you can have tuna on the 790 plan but not on AAM week :confused:

afraid your right, 4oz cott cheese, 2oz chicken or turkey breast, 3oz cod, haddock or white fish, 3oz of quorn (sure just plain not sausages or burgers etc) and last but not least 21/2oz soft tofu.
