Shorter than usual post this week. Been a fairly uneventful week on LT compared to my last 4 thank goodness


Stayed 100% all week, swam once and did my usual 1 mile+ walks every day apart from 1 day when I did 3 :whacky068:


Weigh in this morning and I'm down to 138.1kilo (21st 10.5lb), gives me a weight loss this week of 3.1kilo (6.8lbs). Really chuffed with that result, means another good week next week and I could be half way towards my 1st goal.
