Thank you lanarkwitch , I had 3 working solution days last week where i had a omlette on two days and chicken breast with bit of bacon cheese and cucumber on the other so i am pleased with 3lb, although it should have been my working solution week cos i ate it made me feel a bit of a cheat(stupid really).If i was on low cal i would probably lose a lb a week im not usually a great loser!!, dont get me wrong i find this hard at times and i dont know why people say you dont get hungry in ketosis cos i flippin do ! looks like you doin really well too and well done on your 10lb loss .
