    good old exercise n cutting out junk
    Done another -3 1/2lbs this week. Im sooooo happy since its totm too. Brings my total to 1/2 a lb over 1 1/2 stone. Wooooooooohooooo:D

    Well i go to the gym at least 3 times a week for at least 1hour then i have my Rosemary Conley class on a Wednesday.
    I eat a lot of salad and fruit and have not had any treats for the whole time ive been on the diet, apart from valentines day where i had a chinese.
    I really think its the gym sessions thats helped my weight loss the most. :)

    Well done you...I've tried exercising but find it difficult...I start and I even have the equipment I just don't seem to have the time lol...keep up the good work...my weight loss is slow but i'd rather that than gain...x
