Week 5 weigh in

Lost 3lb :sigh:

I feel ambivalent about this, I know 3lb is a good loss but can't help feel it should be more as I've been pretty good this week. Haven't done any structured exercise as such, but have had three very busy twelve hour shifts, and been doing things with the kids.

Oh well, here's to next week :)

Have a look at what 6 packs of butter looks like - because that's what you've lost. I always do that to put things into perspective. 3lbs of fat gone forever! Well done.

well done heffer! I know, at times, I can have unrealistic expectations on a VLCD - I want this fat gone yesterday, even though it took years to put it on!!! LoL

3lbs is 3lbs and you should be proud :)

well done 3lbs is 3lbs and thats what i got this week on week 5 as well :D just think that 3lb's is gone forever its like that old friend that was a complete waste of space (kinda literally on your body :p) and your not sad that theyve gone :D
