    Well what a week this has been its been AAM, TOTM and another "issue" so am quite please that i managed to lose 3lbs. At one point during the week i weighed myself and ha put on so thank god i lost. Ive had a challenge set by my CDC this week to lose 5lbs meaning 2 stone in 6 weeks. Wish me luck

    Well done so far! You started at the same time as me by the sound of things, had my 5th WI this week and I've lost 5lb, that is 2 stone in 5 weeks!
