week 5 weigh in...

    further to my post yesterday worried about only losing 1lb or nothing at all...
    i lost 3lbs on CDC's scales and also 2lbs this morning on my scales. phew!
    my 'official weigh in' is wed a.m at home naked and after a wee.
    see my official losses below!
    sooooo happy and havent been in 11's since Feb 2006...
    yippeeeeee :D

    Well done, for getting into the 11's. I was exactly the same as you the other day (on my scales) but 12 exactly on the CDC scales.

    wow congrats to you too for hitting 11's...
    i ignore CDC's weigh in's as i drink my water all day and suffer from constipation.
    i prefer to go by my scales!
    good for getting to 10's (if you are that is...)
