    Hi Everyone

I'm delighted to report another 4lbs off this week \o/ woohoo!! I'm so happy!!! I really am loving LT and it's quick results although my friends on other diets are *worried* about me =/ Ah well, each to their own diet, right? As long as it's healthy and we get the results we want that's what counts.

In other news it seems my loo habits have settled to once every 11 days O.O I asked the pharmacist about this and he said as long as I'm in no pain then I don't really need to worry. Hmm... I'm seeing my doc in a few weeks, think I will ask her too.

Also, a question for the ladies, have you found LT to delay your TOTM? Mine is 20 days late now O.O I'm thinking maybe it's skipped a month, I guess I'll know in a week or so but just wondered if any of you have same issue? I don't ovulate but my cycles are regular so this is the first time since I had chemo that I've not had one, just curious.

Hope you are all doing fantastically well. Once again so sorry I don't have the time to pop in and reply to you all on a daily basis but I do lurk from time to time, just trying to keep myself a bit busier instead of sitting on my butt all day hehe :)

Thank you girls, I'm feeling fab.

Ann Marie - I know, I can't believe I'm in my 6th week now, this is amazing. And look at you o_O wow, you are so slim, you look fantastic, how's the refeed going? Don't worry about not posting, I've been the same last few weeks, not had as much time to come on and reply as I did in the early days =/

Refeed is going ok. had a bit of a gain the first week but hoping it will even out next week. fingers crossed. Its very nice how everything is new but you so need to watch yourself as its SO easy to slip into old habits. But its all a learning experience. Sure time will fly and you will be on refeed you wont know yourself i still find it hard to believe im on refeed already.

Hi Cookeh! Great loss - well done!
Are you on Fibreclear? I find it really helps to "keep me regular".

    Jon

Ann Marie, I'm thinking it's alife long learning experience, especially if you've had bad eating habits a while, I know for sure I'm dreading it, the weightloss is the easy bit, keeping it off is where the hard work starts heh

Jon - yeah, I take fibreclear but I go less when I take it rather than more so have cut back a bit. Hopefully I'll get the health benefits of a little extra fibre but without the 11 day wait to go! :)
