    w00t w00t :D me and the bf have lost 5lbs each :D (ive been on ss+ this week)
    soo chuffed with that so im going to stick with ss+ for now, but my cdc said its fine to have some ss days if i really dont feel like eating, so yayyyyyyyyyy :D

    p.s 4lbs away from 2 stone gone :eek:
