Haven't posted much as am a bit new to all this, but have been getting lots of support by logging on and reading posts.

This is great as I don't find the pharmacy too encouraging. Was down 2.75lb today and it was pointed out to me that this wasn't as much as last week(5lb). I would have preferred a "well done" instead!

Thankfully from coming on here I know that losses can fluctuate (esp. during TOTM which it is for me this week), so am unconcerned. This is definitely the place to come for some support.

You have lost a stone in three weeks and by any standards that is fantastic weight loss!!!:talk017::talk017:

2.75lb is a very good weight loss and I would be more than happy with that myself!

    Well done Kiwi:happy096:

i was due my weigh in today and looking forward to it (you need the motivation) and my pharmacist was off and there was nobody to weigh me and i was told to come back tomorrow! i explained that i would be at work tomorrow and had no packs left! therefore would have no food till then! she said there was nothing she could do! charming! luckily my friend had a spare week supply and i bought them off her!! i think if the pharmacist is willing to take your £36 every week he should be a bit more supportive and train his assistants too!!!

My pharmacist is clueless too! She also could do with doing LT herself! LOL! I just mean by that, that maybe she would learn more about it!!! Anyway any loss is fab and 2.75lbs with TOTM is really great! Well Done!
