    Woo Hoo! Lost 6 lbs this week - amazed as my scales only showed a 4lb difference lol!

    Typical though, I get hoome and need a ahem, clearout!

    30 lbs in 5 week, i'm totally amazed!

    Hope everyone else is feeling as positive! This diet rules!
