Week 6 Weigh in

Week 6 done and dusted and another 5lbs gone! Very, very pleased with that. Didn't expect a big loss like that at this stage. Been a little more active over this past week, what with the good weather and time off work.

That's 2st 1lb gone in 6 weeks, can't complain about that!

The time has passed very quickly on this, here's to the next 7 weeks going just as quick. Hope everyone's doing OK.
