:angel09:i have lost another 6lb this week im am absolutely over the moon iv got 4lb to loose and iv lost 3st!! i came home from the chemist and cried i know it sounds silly but i have struggled so long with my weight all my life really and now i have finally found a answer with LT and i feel so optimistic and feel the future is bright !! just had too share with everyone how great im feeling :character00100: x x

Well done Sparkle, 6lbs is brilliant. I felt like crying when I hit my 3 stones last weekend too. Such a good feeling to be on a diet that actually works and you can really see the results each and every week!
