Week 6 WI - Under 17st!

    Just had my week 6 weigh in (the one I do at home first thing in morning, for consistency) - and I'm 2lbs shy of 3 stone in that short time - and (just) under 18st for the first time in some years.

    I can now really see an end in sight, and it is now becoming very noticeable.

    I've not been a serial dieter in the past, so have little experience of other diets, but I really feel in control with this and feel sure I can follow this through to the end.

    Good luck to everyone else - no cheating please!

    Fantastic losses, its great when you can start to see real outward signs of the the weight loss, and this diet is great for giving back control

    Well done! (you'll be under 17st before you know it :))
