Week 7 and STRUGGLING!!

    Hi All

    Ive actually found the diet relatively easy going for the last 7 weeks but the last few days I have felt awful! Tired, achey, weak, shaking, and very very hungry!! I really miss going swimming but still dont have the energy to do anything! Ive got this far and dont well I think but im dreading my shakes so im not finishing them and im sure thats not helping.... I refeed in 3/4 weeks for my hols and really want to carry on till then! Please help me get back into :cry::cry:

    Come on Em, you can do this. 3/4 weeks will fly by on this and just think of your much slimmer self on hols. You have done brilliantly up to now so just focus and keep going. Really try to have all of your shakes too, that can't make you feel any better if you don't.

    I can remember you starting this and can't believe you've done 7 weeks already. Well done you, keep your goals in mind and keep going, you're doing too well to give in now. We're all here for you!!

    Thanks! Im sat here in tears now as I just ate half a chicken nuggut off my kids plate! I can do this and will I have not felt like this since my first week I just need to get through it :(

    Slim And Save as of 13th April
    Don't give in hun, just think the more you stick with it, the less time you'll be on LT and the quicker you'll be able to refeed and get back to normal. I know it's tough and I've had a really rubbish few days but you CAN do this! We're all here for you x x

    I'm in the same boat hun, i'm week 5 +3d ays and i hit the wall and fell of the wagon, it can be really hard cant it!!, come on your losses are great and just think in 3/4 weeks how much foxier you'll feel for your well deserved holiday! xx

    Just focus on that holiday Em...we are all behind you chick.

    Slimming World, Dietchef, Lipotrim - now maintaining (I hope!).
    The only week I was hungry (wk5) it was because I wasn't drinking enough and I had a lousy loss too - but it WAS a loss at least! I know you'll be sick of hearing it - but we can become a bit complacent about it at times - please be sure you're drinking enough. If you're a bit under the weather you might need a bit extra too ... ?

    Hope you feel better soon - but believe me - chicken nougets, or anything else won't make you feel any better honey - in fact will only make you feel a whole lot worse in the end! xx
