Tomorrow, that is. I am not holding out huge amounts of hope - this morning the scales showed a terrible loss of only 0.2lbs even though I have been 100% AND consciously upped my water intake (which was too low before). Mind you, my body has done this the last couple of weeks, and then suddenly seemed to drop a couple of lbs over night. Fingers crossed, anyway! It'll be my last formal LT weigh in; week 8 I'll just be weighing myself, and then by week 9 I'll be on cambridge diet!
