Tomorrow, that is. I am not holding out huge amounts of hope - this morning the scales showed a terrible loss of only 0.2lbs  even though I have been 100% AND consciously upped my water intake (which was too low before). Mind you, my body has done this the last couple of weeks, and then suddenly seemed to drop a couple of lbs over night. Fingers crossed, anyway! It'll be my last formal LT weigh in; week 8 I'll just be weighing myself, and then by week 9 I'll be on cambridge diet!

Well it WAS a rather pathetic loss this week - only 1.8lbs. However, looking at this objectively, it means I have still lost 6lbs in the last fortnight (and 16.4lbs in the last month!) and I suspect I'll have a better loss next week; my losses do seem to go up and down each week. 25lbs to go! Planning on staying on TFR / SS for another 9 weeks, which means I only have to lose an average of 2.8lbs a week to reach goal anyway. I've only been less than that for 2 weeks so far :D

Thanks all, I feel really focused again - I think the decision to switch to CD and so have to look at all the reasons I have for switching, staying on the diet etc has helped re-focus me. I'm also getting more laid back and philosophical about weekly losses instead of panicking if I'm not losing 4lbs each week!

I'm sure you'll have an amazing los next week Bren, and like you quite rightly say, when you look at the bigger picture and see the losses over a diferent timecale it's really very impressive!
