WEEK 7 WI THATS BETTER!!

hI guys just back from 7th weigh in and have lost 5lb this week that finally takes me to a total of 2 stone lost!!! whoop! whoop! :happy036:and after staying the same last week i am feeling better this week. my mam also lost 6t lb which takes her to 3 .5 stones in 7 weeks it is amazing!!:faint2:
